I am a Certified Trauma Informed and Positive Psychology Coach. A qualified Brainspotting practitioner, and I am both Polyvagel and Internal Family Systems Informed.
I am deeply passionate about guiding women through the intricate journey of understanding the root cause behind their emotional pain and formation of physical pain, unraveling the layers that often leave you feeling trapped, unable to stop and questioning, ‘Is this it?’
My dedication stems from lived experience and the transformative powers of self-discovery and healing. Together we will uncover your roadmap and illuminate the shadows where past traumas and unspoken emotions live.
